"God
creates out of nothing.
Therefore,
until a man is nothing,
God can make nothing out of Him." Martin
Luther.
Many
people are asking important questions as they study at home, searching
for answers to help to make sense out of what we see happening in
the world around us and how it relates to history, Bible prophecy
and our busy lives today.
Like most valuable things in life, these Bible study tools have
been brought to this site out of necessity. It was originally just
a place for us to store reference materials to be able to quickly
find and copy information for people who asked for copies of articles,
studies, etc. In time it became evident that many folks appreciate
having these study aids available to them online for further study.
Whether the writings are out of print or just hard to find, we pray
that the Lord bless you as you study.

From a wealth of information which
has crossed our desk over the years, these authors have taught us
that each of us is responsible for what we individually believe.
So often life seems so complicated and busy and so much is recommended
to read, watch and listen to, that we were grateful that these authors
have helped us gain one of the most important tools; how to simplify
our Bible study and we are glad to share it here.
Important to bible study are the
Bible, a good concordance, a Bible dictionary and
Bible atlas.
Some of these authors are personal acquaintances,
yet some of the studies come from subscriptions, magazines, papers
and books. Full credit is clearly given to all the authors. We believe
the writings are entered accurately, however, if something doesn't
look like it should, please E-mail
us and let us go back to the source to make
sure that we entered it correctly! Where we may not have specific
permission to put an author on the site, if that author requests
it, we will remove it.
May we all pray for the wisdom to discern
truth as it is in Jesus while we search for truth. Enjoy these Bible
verses:

"We
have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that
ye take heed,
as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn,
and the day star arise in your hearts:
Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any
private interpretation.
For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man:
but holy men spake
as they were moved by the Holy Ghost."
2 Peter 1:19-21.

The Bible, giving insight to millions over
centuries, is one Book with one Author - even though written by
forty writers over a span of sixteen centuries. Spurgeon spoke of
the Holy Scriptures in his experience this way: "When I see
it, I seem to hear a voice springing up from it, saying, 'I am the
book of God; man, read me. I am God's writing; open my leaf, for
I was penned by God; read it for He is my Author.'"
This sacred text declares of itself: "All
scripture is given by inspiration of God" 2 Timothy 3:16; also
"The prophecy came not in old times by the will of man; but
holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost."
2 Peter 1:21.
The word of God in the Bible, received by
the faith of a believer, is the agency by which we receive the born
again experience from above.
With historic changes rapidly passing before
us and impressing our minds with, "What do these things mean,
What is next to come upon us?" an answer comes from God in
His sure words of prophecy in such books as Daniel and Revelations,
opening men's eyes and challenging their unbelief saying "Study
to shew thyself approved unto God." 2 Timothy 2:13.
W. F. Albright in his book The Bible After
Twenty Years of Archeology says "in conclusion we emphasize
the fact that archeological discovery has been largely responsible
for the recent revival of interest in Biblical theology because
of the wealth of new material illustrating text and background of
the Bible."
"
For as the rain comes down and the snow from the sky,
and doesn't return there, but waters the earth,
and makes it bring forth and bud,
and gives seed to the sower and bread to the eater;
so shall my word be that goes forth out of my mouth:
it
shall not return to me void,
but it shall accomplish that which I please,
and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. "
Isaiah
55:10-11
